Terms and Conditions


Food and Beverages are allowed at the discretion of the studio.

Food and Beverages are NOT ALLOWED anywhere near the workstation desk.

Payment is to be made at the end of each session.

Full and Final Payment must be made before any product can be released to the client.

Payment Method is by cash or direct deposit.

Late arrivals to session will incur charges from the time of the booking.

The Client has 48 hours, from receipt of the product to put forward any changes and/or edits.

Any changes or edits are at the discretion of the studio and may incur charges.

Any Quotes on Special Offers are Only Valid for the Duration of the Offer.

Multi-Tracks are NOT RELEASED and remain the property of the studio.

Multi-Tracks can only be released upon special circumstances and only with approval and at the discretion of the studio owner.

Audio Visual Media is not liable for any data loss and/or corruption of files.

Audio Visual Media reserves the right to cut sessions short without explanation.

Sessions that are cut short by Audio Visual Media are only charged up to the time at which the session is cut.

Clients will be held liable for any damage and/or destruction to structural, cosmetic and any equipment and/or property belonging to Audio Visual Media and its owner.

Audio Visual Media is not liable for any accidental damage and/or destruction of clients' property while at the studio.

Any downtime at the studio due to equipment malfunction and/or failure may still incur charges, at the discretion of the studio.

Minimum session booking is 2 hours

Audio Visual Media respects your privacy and does not share your details with anyone, unless it is a collegue of the company and is directly related to your project with us, in which case you will be informed beforehand regarding any contact.
